During our first consultation we will prepare a plate of details from discussions over your intake forms in detail. This will give us both a sense of what has brought you to where you are today.

Flexible Progamming

Depending on your health concerns, regular or periodic follow-up appointments may be suggested based on your health goals both for short term and long term.

It may seem that everyone has an opinion on the right way for you to get healthy these days—your doctor, your friends, and every website you pull up on your computer. Of course there are the common answers – “Exercise more,” “Eat Healthier,” and “Try Supplements.” Yet, you might not be sure what that means for your unique body, your unique lifestyle and the support or stressors around you.     We know that no one way of eating, thinking, living or exercising is best for everyone. There are so many factors that shape your bio-individuality, including ancestry, blood type, metabolism to name just a few. Each of these factors influences what will or will not nourish you at any given stage of your life, and it’s up to you to do your due diligence to determine what works for you. We all have different needs.

A “diet“ is nothing more than a fad – Elevate Yourself to Wellness focuses on developing nutritional strategies that will last a lifetime. Have you ever wondered why? Because you are unique! But behind Elevate Yourself to Wellness is a Holistic Nutritionist, who practises and teaches that a positive mindset, self awareness, authenticity and an open mind are universal foods to bring to the plate.

    While Audrey does not believe in following every new trend there are key pillars to achieving wellness, but achieving wellness and balance doesn’t happen overnight. Wellness requires long-term commitment! I will become your educator, your coach and on some days, your conscience.  Ultimately, you will have found yourself a partner in your health journey – someone who now knows and understands your needs.

    Recipes to Wellness

    On the road to good health, there are many forks. Eating plant-based doesn’t have to be all-or-nothing, and it can be as simple as adding a few more vegetables to your routine. Cultivate and harvest your idea of what serves you well and tastes good. I think life is meant to be lived joyfully. Please do not judge yourself for eating cake or feel guilty for drinking a glass of wine, but do pay attention to how you feel before, during and after the experience.
